Description

Title: Her

My three final themes are Promiscuity, Bedroom Culture and Innocence however, I don't want this to be my title because I think that it is too long and it needs to be catchy and short. I then began to think of what connects all my themes and what are the similarities between them. I noticed that all the images consist of 'Girls' and 'Girly things' but I still didn't want to call it girl. I then looked at feminine words and other words for girl and I came up with the word 'Her'. I liked this word because I thought I could relate it back to my original idea of 'Dreams' and it my final images can be explained as 'Her Fantasy'. For example, she is an innocent young girl (innocence), who chills with her friends in her room (Bedroom Culture) but has a fantasy of being promiscuous or when she dreams she is promiscuous (Promiscuity). I didn't want to call it 'Her Fantasy' as I still thought it wasn't catchy enough so I therefore chose, 'Her' as my final title to represent my project.

Layout and Final Images:

My final images are a few from each of my three themes and are chosen because they go well together. Below is the layout and sizing of my images which are stuck on the wall with white tack as I didn't want pins to show as I thought it would ruin the aesthetic of the images. The image at the top of the model with the fishnet tights over her face was meant to be the biggest but instead was the smallest but I got the sizing wrong and didn't have time to change it.
